Clean Green Machine Juice

Feeling bloated or uncomfortable in your stomach? Kick start your day with this refreshing juice to help ease your tummy woes. The fruits and veg are high in fibre, while the ultra-hydrating coconut water provides electrolytes and the chia seeds bring their superfood power with high-fibre, protein, omega 3 fatty acids, and antioxidants.



  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1/4 blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 100-130ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp spirulina (optional)



Place all ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.

Add a handful of ice and mix again. Serve immediately.
