What are the prices for QuickFit?

We have two different packages to suit most sisters’ needs and budget:

Burn – $35

  • 3 classes a week
  • Monthly measurement day with photos to track progression
  • 15% off all merchandise

Rapid Burn – $44

  • Unlimited classes per week
  • 4-Week Meal Plan
  • Monthly measurement day with progression photos
  • 15% off all merchandise
  • Access to the exclusive members-only QuickFit Tribe Facebook Group
  • Complete Transformation Guide with Measurement Tracker and Meal Planner Template
How long do classes go for?

Between 40-60 minutes.

Where are you located?

We are located at McLarty Hall, Shoalwater for all classes except for the 9:30am session, which is held at Shoalwater Oval, Shoalwater.

How do I join?

Great news! We have a special introductory offer of just $15 for your first week at QuickFit. You can come to as many classes as you want to get a feel for it and meet all the incredible women in the QuickFit Tribe. Once you discover just how amazing this sisterhood is and want to come back for more, you have the two package options (above) to choose from. Just click this link to start, beautiful.

How long is my membership?

We offer 6-month memberships where the price and inclusions do not change during that time. After the 6 month period, packages and pricing may be re-evaluated and are subject to change.

Is there a fee to cancel my membership?

No. The only thing we need is two weeks notice to cancel payments on our end.

Can I change my package during my membership?

Yes. If you’re on Burn and wish to upgrade to Rapid Burn, you can, and if you’re on Rapid Burn and wish to drop back to Burn, you can too. However, these changes are only allowed a maximum of 3 times during the 6-month membership period.

What time are classes held and where can I find the class timetable?

We run different timetables for winter and summer. Check out the @jlquickfit Instagram page or the JLQuickFit Facebook page for our latest timetable.

Do I need experience to join QuickFit?

Not at all, beautiful. We all start somewhere. QuickFit was created to help women ease into training in a safe, positive, and judgement-free space. We teach you the foundations of weight training as well as offer more advanced movements for those at that level.

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is a mat, water bottle, towel, and booty bands (if you are looking for some, check out the JLQuickFit Cotton Booty Bands here.)

Are classes cancelled when it rains?

No. During the winter months, all classes are indoors at McLarty Hall in Shoalwater, except for the 9:30am class which is held at Shoalwater Oval where there is shelter available if it rains.

Can I bring my children to training sessions?

Yes, QuickFit is a child-friendly environment. However, it is up to you to watch your little ones and make sure they don’t interfere with the other ladies during the class.

What kind of exercises can I expect at QuickFit?

Each month, we focus on a new area, such as abs and booty, or upper body and back, etc. This is great for two reasons: a) we’re constantly mixing up your training so you’ll never get bored, and b) we’re intensively working on and building muscle in each area, but we’re still getting total body results.

I'm new to fitness, mature-aged, or need a slower pace, can I still join QuickFit?

Yes, QuickFit welcomes everyone, at any age and any stage. Our 4:30pm class is designed to be slower and gentler on the body and allows us to work around any restrictions you may have.

I have or am recovering from an injury, can I join QuickFit?

This depends on your injury, if it is something serious, please email lifestyle@jessicalouise.co to discuss whether QuickFit is right for you.

I've just had a baby, can I join QuickFit?

First of all, congratulations! Returning to training after childbirth varies for everyone, however, if you have had a bub within 3 months, we do require a doctors clearance to train.

What results can I expect to see?

Results will vary for every woman and really depends on how much work they put into both their training and nutrition. However, on average, if a woman does 3 QuickFit classes per week while eating in line with our nutrition guides and meal plans, she will lose around 5kg within her first month.

Ultimately, it is always up to the individual – only you have the power to create positive changes in your life.

Can you help with food and nutrition?

Yes. If you select the Rapid Burn package, you’ll receive the No BS 4-Week Meal Plan Guide to kick start your healthy living journey and learn the basics of correct nutrition. The meal plan offers healthy recipes, snack ideas, and guidance on how to set up your day of eating. A new 4-Week Meal Plan will be provided to you each season, so there’s always something fresh to try and get inspiration from.

I will also calculate your own personal TDEE new calorie goal, including macro break down. From there, I will continue to educate you via videos and demonstrations on how to master your macros.

Unfortunately, I can’t do a personalized macro meal plan for every woman, but by educating you about macros and teaching you how to make them work for you, you’ll be armed with the knowledge to create your own meal plan suited to your personal macros and achieve results faster.

If you’re really struggling with food, intolerances, or want more in-depth guidance on nutrition, I highly recommend seeing a qualified nutritionist who will be able to create a personalised plan designed to suit your body.

I want to get rid of my cellulite! Can QuickFit help?

Yes, my girl! In fact, the more muscle you have, the less likely you are to have those dreaded dimples as cellulite lives predominantly in pockets of fat.

I want to get a flat tummy/toned arms/build a booty. Can QuickFit help?

Absolutely. QuickFit’s programs are designed to work with the female body – not against it. We focus on managing the amount of food we eat, mastering specific booty exercises to tone and shape the buns while creating a curvy physique, as well as building strength by using a combination of body weight and weight training exercises to tone our arms and legs and create a lean shape overall.

How will I actually lose weight with QuickFit?

If you follow and implement the guidelines that QuickFit shows and teaches you, you’ll lose weight by being in a calorie deficit. JLQuickFit is a huge advocate for the ‘calories in vs calories out’ method while blending that education with eating food as close to natural as possible. This provides us with a strong foundation for weight loss and fat loss.

 

JLQuickFit Online

What are the prices for JLQuickFit Online?

Work with JLQuickFit online for $22 per week, which includes:

  • Access to your very own app which links to MyFitnessPal, FitBit or Apple Watch, as well as stores your photos and stats
  • A new program every month to keep you motivated
  • Meal Plan
  • One-on-one messages with Jessica Louise via the app
  • Access to the exclusive members-only QuickFit Tribe Facebook Group
How long do the workout sessions go for?

Workout programs go for 45-60 minutes, 5 days a week.

Are the JLQF Online workouts for the gym or at home?

Currently, the workouts are tailored only to suit gym-based training as you need access to dumbbells, barbells, a step and bench. However, I do have two amazing e-books that are suited to both home and gym workouts – Find them in my online store.

Do I need experience in training?

No, the app has a detailed video of every exercise and teaches you exactly how to do each one. The app also tells you how many reps and sets you must complete, as well as shows you how to progressively increase weights and reps to continuously see results.

No explanation needed, however, we would love to hear your feedback as this always helps us improve and enhance your experience with JLQuickFit.

Are there hidden fees?

No, because here at JLQuickFit we believe all things should be straightforward and transparent.

Do I receive a meal plan or help with nutrition?

How do I receive my program?

You’ll receive an email that will send you an invitation to sign up to your free app where your program will be uploaded.

How do I receive my meal plan?

Firstly, you’ll receive an email with your No BS 4-week Meal Plan Guide. Once we receive your questionnaire, you’ll also receive a notification in the app outlining your personalised calories and macros to help you achieve your goals faster.

Merchandise

How long will it take to receive my items?

Once we receive your order, we will have it shipped out to you within 3 business days. We use Australia Post, so depending on where you are located, delivery can take between 5-10 business days.

Can I get express shipping?

At the moment, we offer FREE shipping on all orders. We do not have the option to pay more to receive express shipping – we’d prefer for you to save your money and #treatyourself instead while you wait for your package to arrive in a few short days!

Can I return my item?

No, since we are a small business, we do not have the ability to provide this service. However, if you believe an item you purchased is faulty, you can contact us at lifestyle@jessicalouise.co and provide photos of the items. We will assess, and if both parties agree the item is faulty, we will either send you another item or offer a refund.

I haven't received my item, what do I do?

Please contact lifestyle@jessicalouise.co so we can check your order details ASAP. We keep track of everyone’s orders and tracking details so it’s as simple as sending an email. Please allow up to 24 hours to get a response.

I have a fault with my item, what can I do?

If you believe an item you purchased is faulty, you can contact us at lifestyle@jessicalouise.co and provide photos of the items. We will assess, and if both parties agree the item is faulty, we will either send you another item or offer a refund.

I'm not 100% satisfied with my products, what can I do?

Please send us an email at lifestyle@jessicalouise.co and let us know your concerns. We will then work with you to give you the best outcome we possibly can.

I have a complaint, how do I contact you?
