Honey Soy Pork

Easy, fresh and delicious – the perfect combination for a mid-week dinner! This mouthwatering Honey Soy Pork can be whipped up in a flash, taking under 20 minutes to prepare and dish up.



This is for one single serve. Increase measurements to suit number of people.

  • 100g pork fillet
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp aioli
  • Mixed leaves
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Rice wine or balsamic vinegar for dressing (optional)



Mix honey, tamari, and rice wine vinegar together to create a sauce

Coat pork fillet in Honey Soy sauce (if you have time, you could marinate the fillet in the sauce for 2 hours in the fridge prior to cooking to really soak up the flavour)

Fry or grill the pork until cooked through

Chop up your salad and dress with balsamic or rice wine vinegar, or simply leave it fresh

Plate up the salad and serve the pork fillet on top with aioli
