Goal: Lose Weight

I enlisted Jess’ help with not only getting my weight but my life back on track after I returned from a trip overseas and had put on some weight. I wanted to lose fat, but also gain some muscle, as I’d never really been able to do this properly.

Jess came up with an awesome eating and exercise program, personalised to suit me and the things I enjoy, and it most definitely changed my life for the better.  She was also there if I needed any clarification or help, which is an absolute godsend. I ended up toning my entire body, gaining muscle, while still enjoying my life. I’d 100% recommend Jess to anybody.
