Goal: Lose Weight

Jess has taught me a lot! The biggest things I have leant is technique when doing certain weights and how to go up in weights to help me reach my goal faster in a more maintainable way along with improve my posture Eating more freakkeddd me out at first! And especially the scales being the same at the start and not budging and thennnn the magic started happening. I lost weight, gained confidence and I couldn’t have stared this journey with out you Jess. I now live the life I want too and get to eat more, in moderation of course 😉
